Search & Selection - Agency services
Classic "no hire, no pay" agency model. When you hire someone through us, you pay a successfee consisting of a percentage of the new employee's annual salary. In case of leave within the probation period, you will receive a refund . This is a no-risk solution with no costs up front.
We advertise on various channels and actively approach talent. We screen applicants based on skills, motivation, communication, location, salary expectations and availability and will present all the relevant information you need, with the candidates' full CV and contact info. We can furthermore assist in the recruitment process, for example with scheduling interviews, providing feedback et cetera.
This service can also be offered for a small retainer (fee up front), combined with a lower successfee. The total cost of hire will be less. If you want to focus on receiving qualified applicants but do not need full process support, please consider our unique LITE service.

Unique - Search & Selection LITE
If you need a qualified and screened candidates to be added to your recruitment funnel or talentpool, but you don't need (or want to pay for...) the full recruitment process support usually associated with agency services, we have the solution for you.
With our LITE service, we source and screen matching candidates and introduce them, however you will take care of the rest of the process (interview scheduling, exchanging feedback et cetera). In return, you pay a lower fee in case of a successful hire. This way, you only pay for the services you actually need and want.
All we expect is that you keep us updated on candidates' status. This services can also be offered fully contingency based ("no hire, no pay"), or for a modest retainer combined with a lowered successfee. Our LITE service is a unique model that will lead to lower costs of hire whilst focusing on what you really need if you can manage your candidate journey yourself: more, qualified candidates to consider.

Job posting - Jobmarketing services
We advertise and promote your jobs on your behalf, under your name, on at least 18 online channels and social media, both in The Netherlands as well as international. Applications will be received directly by you and further processing is responsibility of the client. We can offer a unique and very useful automated pre-screening of candidates before you receive their application (for example, filtering out candidates in need of work permit sponsorship).
The price for promoting 1 vacancy for 30 days is 345,-. In case of multiple vacancies and/or a longer period of advertising, we can offer a custom pricing with a discount compared to a single post. We can also offer you slots, whereas you can switch vacancies after a period of your choice which offers flexibility in case 30 turns out unnecessary long or too short.

Recruiter-as-a-Service - RPO services & advice
We can provide a RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solution, which we call Recruiter-as-a-Services (RaaS). We will organize and manage your recruitment and will act and present ourselves as your dedicated, in-house/corporate recruiter. Recruitment activities will take place in your name.
We can offer this for an hourly rate or in a hybrid model, which is a modest hourly/monthly rate combined with a small success fee for every successful hire.
Having in-depth knowledge about (international) recruitment and applicable laws and regulations, we are always willing to share our expertise. Issues such as 30%-ruling, work permit regulations (Highly Skilled Migrant and otherwise) et cetera hold no secret for us and we will be happy to advise on these matters.

Payrolling - also for Highly Skilled Migrants
We can payroll / contract if necessary or preferred. We partner with a reputable payroll company that can act as Employer of Record and can even provide work permit / visa sponsorship for Highly Skilled Migrants. This means you can contract a new employee with non-EU nationality even if you're not a recognized sponsor. Minimum contract period will always be 6 months / 960 work hours.
