The Next Chapter was founded in 2021 by Niels Jordens and Roeland Pluijm, with the aim to offer smart, sensible, innovative and straightforward recruitment services. Combined we have decades of international and technical recruitment experience. We're specialized in recruiting for, often hard-to-fill, technical specialist roles and we do so in a transparant way whilst maintaining a high level of integrity, aligned with our personal values.

We focus on job opportunities in The Netherlands for IT and engineering professionals. We share relevant tips and tricks with jobseekers and we can support employers with regards to relocation, work permit rules, 30% ruling et cetera. We value transparancy, honesty and a no-nonsense approach based on our extensive technical and international recruitment expertise.
